Reviews on Xbox 360, Wii, and Playstation 3

Which game is the best? Is it Playstation 3’s silicon brawn? Microsoft’s Xbox 360? Or Nintendos Wii?

Here are some of the reviews on Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3:

Microsoft’sXbox 360

Microsoft, being the first one who entered the market, had been able to bag most of the rewards. Microsoft had already fix most of the bugs and glitches of its Xbox 360 even before its rivals entered into competition. It also offers variety of games selection compared to the other key players. More so, its functional online service-the Xbox Live, is the best in the industry.

Sony’s Playstation 3

Microsoft has been so famous that the media’s attention have been all to it. Yet, here comes Sony Playstation 3, so eager to beat Microsoft by offering a number of irresistible and amazing qualities in an effort to win over Xbox 360. Let’s see if he will be successful.

Looks like it won’t, for now. Yes, no matter how powerful is Playstation 3’s cell microprocessor in delivering textures and graphics and even with its unequalled RSX chip; its market launch is not so good. Just look at Genji: Days of the Blade, and you will see an example of a form with no substance.

Nintendo’s Wii

Satoru Twata, Nintendo’s voice, had broadcasted in a press conference that it is not a game of “who’s will beat who” but rather, it is how many people can you get to play the game.” That is why Wii is more relax compared to its rivals. Nintendo is even hesitant to show Wii’s detail specs. For Nintendo, it is the game and not the specs that matters.

Experiencing the more life-like Wii is really an uplifting moment. The hand movements of the player can be detected in 3 dimensions by Nunchuks, the controller. For example, if you are playing basketball, the game would require you to move your hand as if you are really playing basketball for real.

Consumer reviews on Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3

The decision is yours, which one would you prefer? As for me, I will hold on to the old games and let them improve as time goes by. However, I you really can’t wait then it is better to choose Xbox 360. Xbox 360 has variety of worthwhile games to choose from at more affordable price and more easy to handle controllers. Playstation 3 is very expensive even with all its good qualities. Wii’s claim of “pick-up-and-play” is not true at all. Its controllers are not so easy to handle especially to those gamers who are so used in handling Xbox and Playtation controllers. In addition, both Playstation 3 and Wii have still to improve on its selection of worthwhile games. Well, this is only my personal reviews on Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3, the decision is still yours to make.
